Hey Pete! What's in your daily nutritional supplement regimen?
Funny you asked, I was just thinking of posting it up!
In all seriousness, I've personally switched things up a bit and wanted to share with you. Otherwise healthy and active mid-50's male, so this could be a good regimen for many of you as well. You know the FDA and FTC frowns on health claims, so do your own research on these or, if you're lazy and trust my research as a nutritional supplement business owner, just copycat me ;-)
Whenever possible I like to bring to market products I would want to take myself, and source and formulate them for maximum efficacy, not maximum profits. Therefore all the items listed below are Relentless Improvement brand. Doses are split AM/PM.
Here is a link to Relentless Improvement Nutritional Supplements All Products to save you from having to click on different links if you choose to place an order.

Remember, everyone is different biochemically and with different health needs. You might chose different products based on the specific health or condition "support" that fits your needs. I am also a believer in trying materials and if I don't like the subjective effects, I don't use them and vice versa. It takes time, effort and money to find and fine tune your own specific choices, but it's worth the effort!
