There are some basics, foundational supplements if you will, that I have found to be indispensable. When I travel, they always go into my suitcase. While I may add to this as I feel the need, these always seem be the foundation:
Stabilized, sustained-release RLipoic
Omega-3 Fish Oil
Also part of my regimen is our new, pharmaceutical grade Alpha-GPC (a documented minimum 323+mg active load), phenibut (as needed) and a high potency probiotic/prebiotic, Theralac.
So there you go. Always subject to change, but it never seems to change much :-)
