New Study- Good night's sleep boosts long-term memory

I have posted similar studies before, if you want to boost your brain power and memory, you have to start with basics.

To quote from this article: "During a good night's rest, memories of recent events are shifted from one part of the brain to another, a process that is crucial for developing long-term memories, according to a report published today in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences."
