Customer Feedback

From an email today from one of my international customers:

"btw: you know They now move to and i ordered from their new website. nothing big, just a bit of whey protein plus a chinese herb that does inhibit mitochondria peroxidation plus dhea (50mg a mistake i think now :-) ) but unfortunately i never got a tracking number and it's more then a month and the main reason for ordering was stevia which i'm out of and i don't get that damn package... maybe the new company name was not yet ok with the customs and they didn't like
the dhea? Who knows. Well, i get no meaningful responses from them and i even called but to no avail... aw, why doesn't everyone do business your way eh?"
