"I just received the package! Wow I had never expected such a fast delivery! The package also went through the customs without being opened. Well, I don't know how you managed that because that was the first package I got from the US that was not opened by the customs. I'm completely satisfied and will order some more from you in the near future."

The reason things usually go very smooth for us is that we follow all customs rules to the letter. Some companies will alter either the quantities or prices on the shipment, but when local customs catches the diddling, they are blacklisted from that point forward.

Once a company is flagged as submitting bogus paperwork, their shipments have problems making it through customs, and their Customers suffer. That is why we don't play games with invoices and packing slips.
