Relentless Improvement Customers- Thank YOU!

A big Thank YOU to all of our customers. We had another record sales month, and are scrambling like crazy to keep up.

The challenge was daunting but we were spurred to service you better, faster and easier than ever before while still keeping the personal touch that is so important to us.

Service levels are better than they have ever been:
  • Fill rate is consistently 99% plus, and it is quite rare that we have to backorder an item.
  • Orders continue to ship same-day if received by 3 PM Pacific, and often later.
  • We reduced our domestic shipping and handling costs from $6.95 to $5.95.
  • We reduced International S&H from $20 to $18.
  • We added quantity discounts to even more items.
  • We implemented even steeper quantity discounts.
  • We lowered prices on many items.
  • Those of you with orders over $100 have noticed a special, personal touch in your shipment.
  • We have greatly reduced our use of packing "peanuts" in favor of bubble-pack.
  • Where it made sense and the science supported it, we added more new products.
  • We fixed the PayPal glitch that inconvenienced some customers.
  • We answered customer emails, on average, within 1 hour or less.
All this has required 12-14 hour days every day from our team, but truth be told, it is a lot of fun and you couldn't drag me away with wild horses!
