Chocolate FOR the Heart?

Gosh I love studies like this one. A couple quotes from the article:

"Blumberg's team say that when the volunteers ate the special dark chocolate, they had a 12 mm Hg decrease in systolic blood pressure (the top number in a blood pressure reading) and a 9 mm Hg decrease in diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) on average."

"Jeffrey Blumberg of Tufts University in Boston, who led the study, says that previous studies suggest flavonoid-rich foods, including fruits, vegetables, tea, red wine and chocolate, might offer cardiovascular benefits..."

While you probably do not want to eat super-dark chocolate daily, you can, and should use longevity-supporting supplement Ortho-Core on a daily basis. It is chock full of phytonutrients, carotenoids and citrus bioflavonoids. I use it, and love it.
