More Probiotic Research - New Study From Canada's McMaster University

If you are reluctant to believe in the benefits of highly-bioavailable, high-potency probiotics, then take the time to read this short article from BBC News.

To quote: "The researchers believe that probiotics probably compete for space with harmful bacteria, helping to dampen down inflammatory responses.

They say their use offers a potentially promising approach to the management of intestinal problems caused by stress.

Professor Alastair Forbes, medical director of the digestive health charity Core and an expert in gastroenterology at University College Hospital, London, said the study presented a "reasonable hypothesis"."

I only offer one probiotic/prebiotic product simply because I believe it is the best available - Theralac by Therabiotics. I have researched and tried the popular brands and found Theralac to be superior in every way. Its patented formula gets the beneficial bacteria past the deadly stomach acid and into your gut where they can work their magic. Sure, you can buy a cheaper product, and you will get your money's worth too.

Cheers!
